This is my page for movement and exercise. My intention is to move 2 to 3 times more then I would normally move for an activity.

So far today, again it is around 11:00, I am 0 for 2 on my plan. I haven’t yet moved 2 to 3 times back and forth. I will start as soon as I am done writing this when I go down to fix breakfast.
