My intention is to move 2 to 3 times more then I would normally move for an activity.

Today I triple hit the stairs once and I parked in a far spot at Whole Foods, I didn’t park in a far spot at Laguna Farms, Rite Aid or the butcher. I drove to the PO and didn’t walk. I am not wrong for these failures but it is good to notice what I tolerate on an hour by hour basis when it comes to my body.
